Request an audit of the special land and development fund administered by the Department of Land and Natural Resources, including income and expenditures for fiscal years 2014-2018, using criteria under Hawaii Revised Statutes section 37-52.3.

Request an audit of the Land Division operating budget to determine whether efficiencies and savings have been realized since the department shifted financing from general funds to special funds in 2000.

Request an audit of forest carbon projects administered by the Department of Land and Natural Resources Division of Forestry and Wildlife.

Require the Auditor to submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature not later than twenty days before the 2019 Regular Session.

Direct transmission of certified copies to the Chair of the Board of Land and Natural Resources and the Auditor.
