Attorney General requested to review Department of Education's sexual harassment policies and training procedures for employees, contractors, and volunteers

Review must assess whether current DOE policies and training are sufficient to protect students

Attorney General directed to examine correlation between additional training and reported sexual harassment incidents

Review must include examination of private school sexual harassment policies to identify best practices for integration into public schools

Attorney General required to report findings, recommendations, and proposed legislation to the legislature no later than twenty days before the 2019 Regular Session convenes
