Highlights several successful UFC fighters from Hawaii, including BJ Penn (Hilo), Max Holloway (Waianae), Yancy Medeiros (Makaha), Brad Tavares (Kailua), and Rachael Ostovich

Recognizes that Hawaii has successfully hosted major national and international sporting events including the PGA Sony Open, Honolulu Marathon, Vans Triple Crown of Surfing, and others

Requires certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the President of the Hawaii Tourism Authority and President of the Ultimate Fighting Championship
