Request the Office of Planning to facilitate incorporation of gender mainstreaming into state policy, including performing research and policy analysis

Direct the Office of Planning to consult with organizations promoting gender equality, including the Hawaii State Commission on the Status of Women and Hawaii Civil Rights Commission

Require the Office of Planning to work with the Department of Human Resources Development and Department of Labor and Industrial Relations to educate and train state departments and agencies about gender mainstreaming

Mandate the Office of Planning to submit a progress report with findings and recommendations to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the Regular Session of 2019
