Calls upon the people of Hawaii to observe Mother's Recognition and Family Appreciation Day on the first day of each month with appropriate programs, ceremonies, and activities.

Recognizes mothers' crucial roles as innovators, workers, community leaders, and drivers of economic growth and social progress across the state.

Acknowledges that mothers' work is often undervalued and underappreciated despite their indispensable contributions to building and transforming society and culture.

Encourages the people of Hawaii to express their love, respect, and gratitude to mothers everywhere, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, or marital status.

Requires certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the Governor of Hawaii.
