Urges the City and County of Honolulu to create at least one inclusive playground accessible to children and caregivers of all physical abilities

Requires inclusive playgrounds to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (P.L. 101-336), the 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design, and U.S. Department of Justice guidelines for play areas, surfaces, components, and access routes

Directs the City and County of Honolulu to obtain and consider community input before any design or construction begins

Requires inclusive playgrounds to include sufficient and accessible amenities such as parking spaces and bathrooms

Directs transmission of certified copies to the Mayor of the City and County of Honolulu and the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation
