The House of Representatives urges Hawaiian Airlines to cease outsourcing reservation call center operations to the Philippines and return these operations to Hawaii.

International outsourcing is cited as drawing jobs and income away from the state, increasing unemployment, depriving Hawaii residents of job opportunities, and eroding state and county revenues.

A certified copy of the resolution shall be transmitted to the Chief Executive Officer of Hawaiian Airlines, Inc.
