Recognizes and congratulates Hawaii Building Future Champions, a non-profit organization that operates a no-weight limit tackle football league for children ages 7-14 from low-income and at-risk families.

Program serves youth in Kuhio Park Terrace and other public housing communities in Kalihi, urban Honolulu, and the Waianae coast, with plans to expand to the neighbor islands.

Organization covers referee fees, facility costs, and provides high-quality football equipment including certified helmets, shoulder pads, padded pants, and cleats to ensure player safety.

Uses holistic positive coaching models that engage parents as coaches and emphasize life skills development, academic achievement, and community leadership alongside football instruction.

Organization was started in 2007 as The Pacific Big Boyz Football Conference and is currently led by Ta'avao Alualu (Pastor T) as Chief Executive Officer and Commissioner.
