Request audit of the special land and development fund administered by the Department of Land and Natural Resources using criteria set forth under section 37-52.3, Hawaii Revised Statutes, covering income and expenditures for the five-year period from 2014 to 2018.

Request audit of the Land Division's operating budget to determine whether efficiencies and savings have been realized since the Department changed financing from general funds to special funds in 2000.

Request audit of forest carbon projects administered by the Department of Land and Natural Resources.

Require the Auditor to submit a report of findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days prior to the convening of the Regular Session of 2019.

Transmit certified copies of the resolution to the Chair of the Board of Land and Natural Resources and the Auditor.
