Establishes a working group to examine how the Department of Education can maximize Medicaid reimbursement for support services provided to eligible students during school hours.

Working group membership includes the Superintendent of Education, MedQUEST Administrator, a MedQUEST health care services representative, Deputy Attorneys General from the Department of Human Services and Department of Health, and the Chairs of the Senate and House Education Committees serving as co-chairs.

Working group must convene on August 1, 2018, and examine occupational and physical therapy, speech pathology, applied behavior analysis, and other wellness supports that benefit student learning and growth.

Requires certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the Superintendent of Education, Attorney General, MedQUEST Division Administrator, and relevant legislative committee chairs.
