Urges Charter Communications to reconsider plans to move ʻŌlelo channels to obscure, low-definition channels following the sale of Time Warner Cable to Charter Communications' parent company.

Recognizes ʻŌlelo Community Media as a nonprofit community-access television provider founded in 1989 that provides public access, community television, and local political coverage.

Notes that ʻŌlelo gives voice to political candidates, civic groups, and members of the public while encouraging civic engagement through televising government meetings and promoting government transparency.

Requires certified copies of the resolution to be transmitted to the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs Director, Spectrum Cable, Charter Communications, and ʻŌlelo Community Media.
