Extends the physician workforce assessment fee revenue allocation to the John A. Burns School of Medicine from June 30, 2017 to June 30, 2027

Allows continued funding for physician workforce assessment and planning to support recruitment and retention of physicians in rural and medically underserved areas of Hawaii

Addresses Hawaii's physician shortage by supporting loan repayment programs, continuing education, advertising of positions, and creation of supply and demand maps

Amends Act 18 (Special Session Laws 2009) and Act 186 (Session Laws 2012) to extend the 10-year sunset provision by an additional decade
