Prohibits manufacturing, importing, selling, transferring, and possessing bump fire stocks, multiburst trigger activators, and trigger cranks in Hawaii.

Establishes a class C felony offense for violations of the prohibition.

Defines "bump fire stock" as a butt stock attachment that uses firearm recoil to increase the rate of fire on a semiautomatic firearm.

Defines "multiburst trigger activator" as a device that simulates automatic gunfire or fires multiple shots with trigger pull and release on a semiautomatic firearm.

Defines "trigger crank" as a device that repeatedly activates a semiautomatic firearm's trigger through circular lever motion, excluding firearms originally designed with crank or lever operation.
