Appropriates general revenue funds for the Sustainable and Organic Agriculture Program administered by the University of Hawaii College of Tropical Agriculture and Human Resources for fiscal year 2018-2019.

Funds three new positions: one educational assistant, one research and extension assistant at University of Hawaii at Manoa, and one research and extension assistant to serve Hawaii, Kauai, Maui counties and City and County of Honolulu.

Includes appropriation for operating expenses for the sustainable and organic agriculture program.

Program focuses on increasing farm income, promoting environmental stewardship, and supporting stable and prosperous farm families and communities.
