Requires the Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR) to enter into the Interstate Wildlife Violator Compact or similar agreement within one year of the effective date for mutual enforcement of hunting, fishing, and wildlife laws across jurisdictions.

Entitles DLNR employees acting within the course and scope of their employment to legal representation for defense of legal actions and indemnification for damages arising from administering or enforcing the compact agreement.

Requires DLNR to pay all legal fees associated with defending and indemnifying DLNR employees under the compact agreement.

Authorizes DLNR to adopt administrative rules under chapter 91 as necessary for enforcement of the interstate wildlife violator compact or similar agreement.

Bill takes effect on July 1, 2060.
