Prohibits noncompete and nonsolicit clauses in employment contracts for employees earning not more than the greater of applicable federal or state minimum wage or $15 per hour.

Voids and renders unenforceable any noncompete or nonsolicit clause for low wage workers as specified.

Maintains existing prohibition on noncompete and nonsolicit clauses for employees of technology businesses.

Defines key terms including "noncompete clause," "nonsolicit clause," "technology business," "software development," and "information technology development."

Takes effect upon approval.
