Requires Hawaii employers to provide written notice of shift schedules to employees at least 10 calendar days in advance.

Mandates employers pay employees twice their regular hourly rate for any hours worked without the required 10-day advance notice.

Exempts family members (siblings, spouse, parents, children, and in-laws) from the advance notice and penalty pay requirements.

Does not apply to employees covered by existing collective bargaining agreements.

Takes effect January 1, 2045.
