• Appropriates $952,743 (General Funds), $73,756 (Special Funds), and $150,963 (Interdepartmental Transfers) for FY 2017-2018 to fund collective bargaining cost items for Collective Bargaining Unit (14)

• Appropriates $2,062,636 (General Funds), $152,404 (Special Funds), and $325,230 (Interdepartmental Transfers) for FY 2018-2019 for the same collective bargaining cost items

• Appropriates $21,321 (General Funds) for FY 2017-2018 and $46,582 (General Funds) for FY 2018-2019 for salary increases and cost adjustments for excluded state officers and employees in the same compensation plans as Unit (14) members

• Director of Finance shall allot appropriated funds to state departments for expenditure in respective fiscal years

• Any unexpended or unencumbered funds shall lapse on June 30, 2019; compensation paid from federal, special, or other funds shall be paid proportionately from respective funding sources
