Requires the appropriate receiving elective officer of each chamber to promptly notify the Legislative Reference Bureau (LRB) when reports required by law or requested by legislative concurrent resolution are received.

Mandates the LRB to develop and maintain a spreadsheet tracking all required reports, including the Act or resolution number, report description, appropriated funds, due date, and date received by the legislature.

Requires the LRB to distribute the tracking spreadsheet to all legislators no later than 20 days before each regular session convenes.

Requires the LRB to notify the legislature within 10 days of each regular session's convening of all reports that were not timely submitted.

Requires government agencies submitting reports to identify the authorizing law or resolution, include appropriated amounts, specify the submission deadline, and provide copies to the LRB; for consolidated reports, agencies must detail individual report costs and authorizations.
