Amends Section 84-17(d) of Hawaii Revised Statutes to require redaction of financial amounts reported by non-paid volunteer members of specified state boards, commissions, and agencies.

Applies redaction requirement to 14 state boards and commissions including the state ethics commission, board of land and natural resources, public utilities commission, and Hawaii community development authority.

Maintains public record status for financial disclosure statements while protecting privacy of volunteer board members by concealing reported amounts under subsection (f).

Takes effect on January 1, 2050.
