Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 92-7(b) to allow boards to provide meeting notices to the Office of the Lieutenant Governor or county clerk's office via electronic mail instead of requiring physical delivery.

Maintains existing requirement that boards post meeting notices at least six calendar days prior to meetings on state or county websites, in the board's office, and at the meeting site when feasible.

Specifies that the Lieutenant Governor's office or county clerk's office must designate an electronic mail address for receipt of meeting notices.

Takes effect on July 1, 2018.
