• Implements a two-year maximum time limit for vocational rehabilitation plans and their delivery of services.

• Requires employees to have ten days to review and sign rehabilitation plans after receipt from the provider, with plans filed within two days of employee signature.

• Adds "and administered" language to Section 386-71.5 clarifying that the director appoints and administers all professional and clerical employees of the rehabilitation unit.
