Repeals requirement for the Department of Human Services to determine the specific amount of liability insurance coverage child care providers must obtain and maintain.

Repeals requirement for child care providers to disclose to parents and guardians a summary of liability insurance information including insurer name, contact information, coverage amounts, and effective dates at time of application.

Retains requirement for providers to notify parents and guardians within seven working days if liability insurance coverage is changed, canceled, or terminated.

Extends the deadline for the Department of Human Services to submit a report to the legislature from 2018 to 2019 on costs of obtaining liability insurance and outreach efforts for compliance.

Delays implementation and enforcement of liability insurance requirements from January 1, 2019 to July 1, 2019.
