Appropriates $1,500,000 from general revenues to the Department of Agriculture for East Maui Water Systems (Project A) for plans ($1,000), design ($1,000), and construction ($1,498,000) of irrigation and water delivery systems for agricultural enterprises and purposes.

Appropriates $3,000,000 from general revenues to the Department of Agriculture for East Maui Water Systems (Project B) for plans ($500,000), design ($500,000), and construction ($2,000,000) of water systems in east Maui.

Total appropriation of $4,500,000 for fiscal year 2018-2019 to be expended by the Department of Agriculture.

Takes effect on July 1, 2018.
