• Requires franchisees to disclose non-participation in franchisor advertising campaigns offering discounts or promotions through visible signage at entrance or storefront.

• Prohibits franchisors from imposing restrictions or conditions on franchisees' ability to make required non-participation disclosures.

• Exempts quick service restaurants with limited service where food is prepared or assembled on-premises, purchased at counter/kiosk/window, and intended for immediate consumption, carryout, or delivery.

• Takes effect July 1, 2050.
