Appropriates general fund revenues for fiscal year 2018-2019 to the Department of Land and Natural Resources for the Kahoolawe Island Reserve Commission to restore, preserve, and determine appropriate uses of the Kahoolawe island reserve.

Funds one full-time equivalent (1.00 FTE) permanent position for a cultural resource project coordinator within the Kahoolawe Island Reserve Commission to manage, protect, and restore archaeological and historical resources.

Addresses the Commission's funding needs following federal cleanup completion in 2016 and the expiration of federal appropriations totaling approximately $44,000,000 that previously supported operations.

Supports the Commission's mandate as the island burial council for Kahoolawe, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
