Amends the definition of "agricultural equipment, supplies, or products" in Section 708-800 to include fruits, nuts, vegetables, and horticultural products regardless of whether they are raised by commercial enterprises, removing the restriction limiting protection to only commercial agricultural operations.

Modifies Section 708-831 to establish theft in the second degree for agricultural equipment, supplies, or products valued between $100 and $20,000, or exceeding 25 pounds, stolen from premises that are fenced, enclosed, secured, or display "Private Property" or "No Trespassing" signs, or where a crop is visible at the point of entry.

Removes prior language requiring agricultural products to be "maintained by a commercial agricultural enterprise or research agency" in order to qualify for theft protections, allowing residents growing agricultural products on residential properties to receive legal protection.

Clarifies that agricultural products produced on residential properties, including those sold at farmer's markets, roadside stands, or given as gifts, are protected under agricultural theft statutes.

Takes effect July 1, 2035.
