Enacts the Uniform Family Law Arbitration Act, establishing a framework for arbitrating family law disputes in Hawaii, effective July 1, 2050.

Allows parties to arbitrate family law disputes through binding arbitration agreements, but prohibits arbitrators from granting divorces, annulments, separations, terminating parental rights, or determining child protection status.

Requires arbitration agreements to be in writing, signed by both parties, and must identify the arbitrator or selection method and the specific disputes subject to arbitration.

Mandates arbitrators be trained in identifying domestic violence and child abuse and be either licensed attorneys or retired judges, unless parties waive this requirement in writing.

Establishes court review procedures for arbitration awards, including confirmation, correction, vacation, and amendment, with special protections for child-related disputes requiring awards to be in the best interests of the child.
