Applies the same minus 10% reimbursement rate to compounded prescription drugs based on the average wholesale price by gram weight of each underlying drug.

Requires pharmaceutical claims for repackaged, relabeled, or compounded drugs to include the National Drug Code of the original manufacturer.

Limits physician-dispensed prescription drugs to the first 90 days following the date of injury.

Aims to align Hawaii's drug reimbursement rates with national averages and other progressive workers' compensation states like California and Oregon.
