Removes the exclusion of acute care hospitals from the definition of "health care facility" in the clean claims statute to resolve ambiguity created by 2015 legislative amendments.

Ensures acute care hospitals have the same timely payment protections as other health care providers and facilities under the clean claims requirements.

Takes effect upon approval.
