Clarifies that standard proxy forms returned to a condominium association with no box checked or more than one box checked shall be counted for quorum purposes only.

Requires standard proxy forms to contain boxes allowing unit owners to indicate if the proxy is for quorum only, to a named individual, to the board as a whole, or to individual directors with equal vote sharing.

Adds a requirement that standard proxy forms include a box where owners can request a copy of the annual audit report.

Amends Section 514B-150 to allow boards to avoid distributing audit reports to owners whose proxies do not indicate a request for the report.

Effective July 1, 2090.
