Requires health insurance coverage for case management services by qualified mental health providers for victims of sexual violence and abuse who suffer from mental illness.

Defines "case management" as professional intervention that identifies needs and assists victims in obtaining coordinated services, including coordination with healthcare providers and helping access government programs and community resources.

Defines "victim of sexual violence and abuse" as an individual suffering from mental illness caused in whole or in part by sexual violence and abuse.

Applies coverage requirements to all individual and group health insurance policies, hospital and medical service plans, and health maintenance organization contracts issued, renewed, or modified on or after the effective date.

Effective date of June 1, 2050.
