Requires the Department of Human Services to post electronic copies of child care facility inspection reports on its website beginning January 1, 2019, within thirty working days of inspection completion.

Inspection reports must include the inspection date, descriptions of violations, corrective action plans and status, facility-submitted corrective actions, and other relevant quality and condition information.

Maintains existing public access to departmental records on inspections, deficiencies, complaints, investigations, and license actions for the current and previous two years, while protecting complainant identities and sensitive personal information for family and group child care homes.

Requires the Department of Human Services to submit an annual report to the legislature detailing all records and actions involving suspected or actual violations, including findings and any corrective actions, suspensions, or revocations.

Appropriates general revenue funds for fiscal years 2017-2018 and 2018-2019 to implement and comply with the reporting requirements.
