• Establishes a temporary cleanup program (January 1, 2018 - June 30, 2019) to remove debris and litter from state real property after departure of illegal encampments, with the governor designating the responsible state executive department.

• Creates a temporary sheriff patrol program (January 1, 2018 - June 30, 2019) under the Department of Public Safety to enforce laws against trespassing, camping, and being present after hours on state real property, with authority to create 2.00 temporary deputy sheriff positions.
