Requires the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations to report U-6 unemployment figures alongside U-3 figures in the main text of all reports and press releases related to the State's unemployment rate, effective no later than January 1, 2018.

Defines U-3 as the total unemployed as a percentage of the civilian labor force (the official unemployment rate).

Defines U-6 as the total unemployed plus marginally attached workers plus those employed part-time for economic reasons, as a percentage of the civilian labor force plus marginally attached workers.

Defines "persons marginally attached to the labor force" as those not currently working or seeking work but who want a job, are available to work, and have looked for employment in the past twelve months.
