Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 378-27 to add corrections agencies to the existing exceptions for lie detector tests, allowing corrections agencies to administer such tests like law enforcement agencies currently can.

Extends the psychological testing exception to corrections agencies, permitting them to administer psychological tests to determine employment suitability for corrections agency positions, matching the authority previously limited to law enforcement agencies.

Applies retroactively to any pending suitability assessments that were initiated before the effective date of the Act.

Takes effect on July 1, 2050.
