Approves the dedication of Lealii Parkway in Lahaina, Hawaii (TMK No. 2-4-5-36-112) from the Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation to the County of Maui.

The 134,045 square foot roadway parcel was appraised at fair market value of $1 by ACM Consultants, Inc. on July 24, 2017.

The parcel originated as Government (Crown) Land of Wahikuli as of August 15, 1895, and was acquired by the Corporation's predecessor through Land Patent Grant No. S-15,792 dated November 4, 1994.

A public informational briefing was held on August 24, 2017 at Lahaina Civic Center, with public comments questioning County maintenance capacity but not objecting to the roadway dedication itself.

Requires transmission of certified copies to the Executive Director of Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation, Chairperson of the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands, and Chairperson of the County Council of Maui.
