Requests state and county agencies to implement recommendations from the Hawaii Sea Level Rise Vulnerability and Adaptation Report, which identified areas vulnerable to 3.2 feet of projected sea level rise by end of century.

Directs specific agencies including the Office of Planning, Land Use Commission, Department of Land and Natural Resources, Office of Hawaiian Affairs, Department of Health, and Hawaii Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation Commission to execute report recommendations.

Mandates report recommendations including reviewing policies for sea level rise impacts, updating design standards, developing flood resilience measures, integrating sea level rise into building codes, and establishing managed retreat strategies for coastal areas.

Requires Office of the Governor to submit progress report on executive agency implementation to the Legislature no later than 20 days before the 2019 Regular Session.

Commends County of Maui as first county to formally accept the report findings and directs distribution of resolution to Governor, county mayors, and relevant state agency directors.
