Requests the Attorney General to review the Department of Education's sexual harassment policies and training procedures for employees, contractors, and volunteers.

Directs the Attorney General to assess whether current Department of Education policies and training are sufficient to protect students.

Requires the Attorney General to analyze the correlation between additional training and instances of reported sexual harassment.

Instructs the Attorney General to review sexual harassment policies used in Hawaii's private schools and recommend practices that could be integrated into public schools.

Requires the Attorney General to report findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Senate no later than twenty days before the 2019 Regular Session convenes.
