Urges the University of Hawaii to transfer operation and lands of Waialee Livestock Experiment Station to the Agribusiness Development Corporation

Waialee is a 135-acre state-owned animal research and demonstration facility on Oahu's north shore, with approximately 65 fenced acres and 35 acres with irrigation potential

Waialee facilities include office space, slaughterhouse, feed storage, animal housing for pigs, poultry, swine and cattle, grazing pastures, and a waste-to-biogas demonstration facility

Transfer is intended to align Waialee's operations with the Agribusiness Development Corporation's purpose to optimize use of agricultural assets for Hawaii's economic, environmental, and social benefit

Requires certified copies of the resolution be sent to the Governor, Board of Regents, University of Hawaii President, Agribusiness Development Corporation leadership, and the College of Tropical Agriculture and Human Resources Dean
