Establishes a working group to examine how the Department of Education can maximize Medicaid reimbursement for support services provided to eligible students during school hours.

Working group must convene by August 1, 2018 and include the Superintendent of Education, MedQUEST Administrator, health care services representative, Deputy Attorneys General from DHS and DOE, and chairs of Senate and House Education Committees as co-chairs.

First working group meeting agenda must include an update on Medicaid billing.

Working group examination must address occupational and physical therapy, speech pathology, applied behavior analysis, and other wellness supports that benefit student learning and growth.

Certified copies of the resolution must be transmitted to the Superintendent of Education, Attorney General, MedQUEST Division Administrator, and legislative Education Committee chairs.
