Cites Hawaii's vulnerability to North Korean missiles, being roughly 4,600 miles away with missiles capable of reaching Hawaii in less than twenty minutes.

References the January 13, 2018 false ballistic missile alert in Hawaii that caused widespread panic and emergency conditions in the state.

Directs that a certified copy of the resolution be transmitted to the President of the United States.
