Notes that federal funding for expansion and maintenance of neighbor island medical supply caches was cut, causing existing caches to potentially go offline in 2018.

Expresses concern that Hawaii Disaster Medical Assistance Team equipment and supply cache located on Oahu may be unavailable if a disaster damages aircraft and infrastructure needed for airlift to neighbor islands.

Directs transmission of certified copies to Hawaii's congressional delegation, FEMA, state governor, adjutant general, Hawaii Emergency Management Agency, and county mayors.
