• Requests all state agencies to take action to assist Hawaii in achieving the seventeen UN Sustainable Development Goals and their indicators by 2030

• Aligns Hawaii's existing sustainability initiatives (Aloha+ Challenge, Sustainable Hawaii Initiative, World Conservation Congress Hawaii Commitments) with international UN goals spanning poverty reduction, food security, health, education, gender equality, clean water, renewable energy, economic growth, and climate action

• Requires state agencies to work toward specific measurable targets including 70% clean energy by 2030, doubling local food production, protecting 30% of priority watersheds, reducing solid waste 70%, and managing 30% of nearshore ocean waters

• Directs certified copies be transmitted to the Governor, all state department directors, county mayors, and local council chairpersons for implementation and coordination across government levels

• Establishes a comprehensive framework integrating Hawaiian cultural values and conservation principles with global sustainable development objectives across all state operations and planning
