Appropriates $10,083,491 to the Senate, including $8,820,991 for session and nonsession expenses through June 30, 2020, $1,150,000 for the legislative information system, and $112,500 for legislative broadcasting.

Appropriates $13,824,718 to the House of Representatives, including $12,773,794 for session and nonsession expenses through June 30, 2020, $938,424 for the legislative information system, and $112,500 for legislative broadcasting.

Appropriates $3,283,899 to the Office of the Auditor for fiscal year 2019-2020 expenses and $2,800,000 to be deposited into the audit revolving fund, plus $6,300,000 from the revolving fund for audit functions.

Appropriates $3,918,862 to the Legislative Reference Bureau, $1,388,394 to the Office of the Ombudsman, and $1,202,065 to the State Ethics Commission for fiscal year 2019-2020 expenses.

Sets legislative members' foreign travel expenses at $145 per day, requires Senate and House audits by January 15, 2020, and allocates $535,028 across all agencies for accrued vacation payouts, with unexpended funds lapsing to the general fund on June 30, 2020.
