• Requires county liquor commissions to define stacking of beer based on total volume served rather than number of drinks, establishing a standard serving size limit of 32 ounces maximum before a customer at any one time.

• Allows breweries, brewpubs, and taprooms to use alternative methods such as display boards or screens to identify draught beer offerings instead of physical tap handles.

• Takes effect on July 1, 2050.
