Increases the maximum percentage of annual land conservation fund revenues that may be used for operation, maintenance, and management of acquired lands from 5% to 25%.

Expands eligible uses of fund revenues to include costs necessary to protect, maintain, or restore resources at risk on acquired lands or provide greater public access and enjoyment of these lands.

Increases the maximum annual distribution from conveyance tax revenues to the land conservation fund from $6,800,000 to $8,800,000 (or 10% of collected taxes, whichever is less).

Allows fund revenues to be used for acquisition of interests or rights in land through fee title purchase or establishment of permanent conservation easements and agricultural easements.

Takes effect upon approval.
