• Requires primary ticket sellers to disclose all applicable taxes and fees on the same page as ticket prices and publicly display total available tickets.

• Establishes violations as unfair and deceptive practices under consumer protection law, voids consumer agreements that waive ticket protections, and makes using computer software to circumvent online ticket purchase limits a misdemeanor.
