Adds a new section to Chapter 706 of Hawaii Revised Statutes authorizing probationary geographic restrictions for certain misdemeanor offenders in Waikiki.

Applies to defendants convicted of a misdemeanor with two prior misdemeanor convictions where each conviction resulted from an act occurring within Waikiki.

Prohibits qualifying defendants from entering Waikiki between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. during a probationary term (duration to be specified).

Establishes a 30-day imprisonment penalty for violations of the imposed geographic restriction.

Defines Waikiki as the area of Oahu bounded by the Ala Wai canal, the ocean, and Kapahulu avenue.
