• Requires the Board of Land and Natural Resources to provide watershed management plans to the Game Management Advisory Commission prior to approving or renewing water rights leases.

• Requires the Department of Land and Natural Resources to provide prior notice to the Game Management Advisory Commission when determining watershed areas through public hearing.

• Takes effect on July 1, 2050.
